RETAIL 

Our retail orders are in stock, and sent directly from our factory in China. In most cases orders are sent within 24 hours or purchase, however sometimes it may take 1-3 business days.

We offer free shipping worldwide, and shipping will take 5-9 days.

SAMPLES 

If you order a sample, it will take 5-9 business days to produce and we offer different shipping term ranging from 2-14 days. Sample orders include free worldwide shipping.

WHOLESALE

If you order bulk, it will take up to 21 days to produce and we offer different shipping terms ranging  from 2-14 days for worldwide shipping. Bulk orders the customer will pay separately for shipping, as all prices quoted do not include shipping.

RETURNS

We offer returns up to 14 days from the customer receiving the order. Orders must be unworn, unused, and delivered back to us in the state that they were received. Our returns are sent back to a UK address which will be given to the customer via Whatsapp. Please message on Whatsapp to ensure safe return and refunds. Customer must pay the return shipping cost to our UK address.  If there is a defect or a problem with your order, please Whatsapp us within 3 days of the delivery date  with your order number in the subject line. Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Please note that G44 FACTORY is not liable to refund local custom taxes and duties. In the case of a return for refund, we recommend claiming your tax refund with your local authorities. 

Samples are made to order and custom per customer, therefore we do not accept refunds or returns

If you have purchased wholesale blanks, and they are yet to be shipped we do offer a refund policy however refunds will take up to 15 weeks and only when the blanks are sold to another customer, otherwise we do not offer a refund on bulk orders. Please not this is only refers to blanks, as any custom work will mean that orders can not be refunded
